![]() Many older games have been updated as well, like Pacman and Choplifter. At least this would give him a familiar setting, while he gets used to the new controller. In fact there's a whole Arcade he can download where each game is just a few hundred Microsoft Points (~$0.50 - $2) Each title can be played as a demo for free, which is also nice. :-p Did your dad ever play any classic arcade games from the 80s? Some of these have been ported to the Xbox as part of Live's Marketplace. Not good for folks who easily get lost in real life, like me. The only problem with all of the Halo games is you have to trek through large, similar-looking areas - then retrace your steps back through the same areas. Most manuals include this in the front, so you can just copy that. ![]() Also create a cheat sheet for each game he plays so he can just glance at that to remember what each button does. It might also help if you created a couple of cheat sheets for him, showing him where the buttons are, and what they're called. It has a decent in-game tutorial that slowly introduces the moves and stuff as you need them. My mother was fond of my Kinect and some of the more casual, easy games for it, so she got the Star I recently moved from my parents' house, taking my consoles and games with me.
